Social Media Management
One team posting for you, every week.
The short answer
Social media management means a team that plans, shoots, writes and posts your content every week — not a freelancer who vanishes after three posts. We run Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and 小红书 for Malaysian SMEs, with on-site shoots and content written per platform.

What does 'managed' actually include?
Managed social means someone owns the whole loop: a content plan, a weekly shoot, captions written for each platform, posting on schedule, and a monthly look at what worked. If any of those is missing, it's not management — it's just posting.
Freelancer vs managed team
| Freelancer | Aliq team | |
|---|---|---|
| Consistency | Often fades after a month | Contracted, every week |
| Shooting | Usually your phone | On-site shoot days |
| Per-platform content | One post, copy-pasted | Native to each platform |
| 小红书 (XHS) | Machine-translated, if at all | Written by a native speaker |
What's included

Real work
“Our nights were always good. Our feed didn't show it. Aliq runs our socials now, and the posts actually pull a crowd, not just likes.”

Questions buyers ask
- How many posts do I get a month?
- It depends on the plan and shoot cadence — we scope output to what's worth posting, not a number that pads a quota. A typical retainer is a steady weekly rhythm across your main platforms, with the exact count agreed up front.
- Do you actually shoot, or just schedule?
- We shoot. On-site shoot days are the core of the service — real food, product, space and team. Scheduling and posting are included, but the content is made fresh, not pulled from a stock library.
- Can you do 小红书 (XiaoHongShu)?
- Yes, and it's written by a native Chinese speaker — never a machine translation of an English caption. 小红书 has its own tone and format, and translated content there usually falls flat.
- Which platforms should I be on?
- The ones your buyers use, not all of them. For most Malaysian SMEs that's two or three done well — often Instagram and TikTok, plus 小红书 or Facebook depending on the audience. We recommend a focused set rather than spreading you thin.
